Catheryn Jean Obar Bittle passed away peacefully at home on July 4, 2023. She was born July 25, 1974, to Thomas and Beryl Obar. Cathy was predeceased by her father, Thomas, and her mother, Beryl. She is survived by her sister, Lori Shepherd (Rick); her aunt JoAnn Halo; dear friend Anne Carroll; and her beloved cat, Gracie.
Cathy graduated from Seton High School in Manassas, VA and worked at several jobs before health issues made working too difficult. Despite her challenges, Cathy touched many lives with her kindness, caring and wonderful sense of humor. Her unexpected death has left a void in many lives. May special memories of family celebrations and times spent talking with the many people she encountered on her journey through life, be a blessing to all who knew Cathy.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at 10:00am in the Chapel at All Saints Catholic Church, Manassas, Virginia.
