Wilson Linwood Cornwell


Wilson Linwood Cornwell, 86, died Tuesday, January 28, 2025.  He was the beloved husband of the late Janet E. Enderline.  Wilson was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Evelyn (Javins) Cornwell, two brothers, Billy and Gordon, along with one sister Doris.

Wilson is survived by his three sons Mark, Scott and Mike, one daughter in law Dian and two loving grandchildren Kirsten and Reed.

While Wilson worked many jobs during his lifetime including being a milkman, his last job was working as a Quality Control Inspector for Orbital. His work at Orbital included inspecting parts that were used on NASA satellites.

A small graveside service will be held on Monday, February 3, 2025, 10:00am at Stonewall Memory Gardens in Manassas, Virginia.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to The Dementia Society of America.

  1. I remember Wilson when he was living at Arbor Terrace Sudley Manor. He was always sitting in the grand foyer when I would come into work and he would always wave and say hello. He was always very sweet and I had many conversations with him while he lived here. I am sad to hear about his passing and will miss him.
